U.S. & International

PLEASE, be patient with us as we adapt to the new USPS changes! Our software only supports one type of shipping matrix. Please use the chart below for figuring your postage on fabric orders. Orders for other items maybe more or less, depending on size, dimension, and weight of your order. More times than not, we can use the flat-rate USPS envelopes and boxes to keep shipping rates down.

DOMESTIC ORDERS - FABRIC ONLY:

Orders of $0.00 to $10.00 (1st Class)	$3.35
From $10.01 to $60.00	$5.45
From $60.01 to $250.00	$11.45
From $250.01 to $500.00	$23.00
From $500.01 and Over	$35.00

Orders with oversized items will be shipped using USPS and will be be more than the estimated postage. Oversized items would include items such as puzzles, large-sized Creative Grid Rulers, batting, etc. The United States Post Office has several flat-rate boxes (no matter what the weight or zone).

Please know that we review every order to be processed and make manual adjustments to give you the lowest rate possible. If questions or concerns, please write or call!

SPECIAL NOTE

Please verify that you submitted your mailing address correctly.
We strive to ship every order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. We make every effort to ship your order so that it will arrive to your home unharmed - your order is shipped in plastic to avoid shipping mishaps (broken toner cartridges, ink spillage, etc).

*Please Note: Up to 7.0 yards of cotton fabric or 3.5 yards of flannels is the maximum that will fit into the new Padded Priority flat-rate envelope.

OVERSEAS

We ship Priority International mail to all countries that are on the Priority International system. A Priority International Mail shipment of up to 4 pounds and that will fit into the new USPS padded flat rate envelope, will be shipped to Canada or Mexico for $12.45 and to all other countries for $14.45. Priority International boxes will be used for orders over 7 yards - for Canada or Mexico $28.45, for all other countries $46.00. Shipments that will not fit into a Priority International flat-rate box or envelope will be billed as quoted by the USPS.

NON-GLOBAL PRIORITY COUNTRIES

Shipping to non-Priority International mail countries such as Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, and Mexico have known theft problems within their postal services, so we will ship to these countries airmail insured. You will be responsible for the shipping and the insurance. Shipping charges will be billed as quoted by the United States Post Office.

We do not ship to Nigeria, ever.
